Despite the many technological advances that have come to tattooing over the years, there will always be limits to what makes an image “tattoo-able” due to the restrictions of this “canvas.” In order for artwork to be considered Tattoo Friendly, we must consider things such as color usage and design size and how they might translate to the many varieties of human skin when tattooed. A tattoo will always have some probability of being damaged by the sun, stretched with age, and pulled by gravity, but Tattoo Friendly artwork has been designed to be tattooed as accurately as possible and to best withstand these changes over time.

3. Tattoo Friendly reference must be allowed to be modified and combined.

At Tattoofinder.com we purposefully allow you to directly download a high-resolution (300 DPI), free to be modified version of the tattoo design and stencil so that you or your tattooist are able to easily change it in any way you see fit. We will never include any DRM (digital rights management) software, download limits, or other tricks that serve to restrict you from accessing, modifying, or combining designs. We carefully divide and separate our designs so that they can be easily merged together, as well as provide downloadable PNG file versions with transparent backgrounds.
